I’m Justin, the creator of T2Green Consulting. I’m a golf enthusiast and a 20+ year sales professional in the events and hospitality industry, where building relationships and creating memorable client experiences have always been at the center of my work.
One of my favorite ways to spend time with clients is on the golf course—whether hosting at my home club or being a guest at theirs. Through those experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how the golf course can become one of the most powerful environments for building trust, strengthening relationships, and opening the door to meaningful business conversations and new opportunities.
My introduction to the private club world wasn’t traditional. I didn’t set foot on a country club until I was old enough to start caddying at a great course near where I grew up. Years later, when I first began receiving invitations to member-guest tournaments and eventually joined my first private club, I quickly realized that navigating that environment didn’t always come naturally. Like many people, I experienced moments of uncertainty, self-doubt, and the challenge of feeling like I truly belonged.
Fortunately, I was guided by a mentor who led by example. Through his actions, I learned how to properly conduct myself in a private club setting, how to approach hospitality as an art form, and how to understand the many unwritten rules of the golf course.
Over the years, I’ve built on those lessons—learning through observation, asking questions, and refining my approach while entertaining clients throughout my career. Those experiences ultimately led me to develop a simple, thoughtful framework designed to help others navigate the golf environment with confidence, professionalism, and intention.
